This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy ("Policy") applies to all players who register and transact on lambabett.com, operated by White Crown Limitada ("lambabet", "we", "us", "our"). lambabet is licensed under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 in Anjouan and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity, player safety, and regulatory compliance. By opening an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy in full.
The purpose of this Policy is to set out the measures lambabet takes to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crime on lambabett.com. Money laundering is the process by which funds derived from criminal activity are introduced into, moved through, or withdrawn from the legitimate financial system to disguise their true origin. Terrorist financing involves the provision or collection of funds, whether from legitimate or illegitimate sources, with the intention that they be used to carry out acts of terrorism.
This Policy applies to:
As a licensed gaming operator, lambabet is obligated to implement and maintain effective AML and KYC controls in accordance with its licence granted under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 (Anjouan), as well as internationally recognised standards including those published by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). We maintain an internal compliance programme, appoint a designated compliance function, and cooperate fully with our licensing authority in respect of any investigation or disclosure request.
lambabet operates a risk-based approach to AML compliance. This means we allocate our compliance resources proportionately to the level of risk presented by individual customers, transactions, and geographies.
KYC is the process by which lambabet verifies the identity of its players, understands the nature of their activity, and assesses the risk each player presents. KYC is not a one-time event; it is an ongoing obligation. We may request updated documentation at any point during the life of an account, and in particular when a player's activity, transaction volume, or behaviour changes materially.
We aim to make the verification process as straightforward as possible. Players who submit clear, legible documents promptly will experience the fewest delays. Where KYC checks are outstanding, we reserve the right to suspend access to withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, to deposits, bonuses, and gameplay, until verification is complete.
lambabet applies a risk-based trigger framework. Verification may be required in any of the following circumstances, which are not exhaustive:
At the standard (Simplified Due Diligence) level, we require the following from all players prior to withdrawal:
One of the following unexpired, government-issued documents:
The document must clearly show your full legal name, date of birth, photograph, document number, and expiry date. Images must be in colour, unobscured, and fully legible. Photocopies, screenshots of digital scans, and heavily cropped images may be rejected.
One of the following, dated within 90 days of submission:
The document must show your full name, residential address, and the issuing institution or authority. P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable as a sole proof of address.
Because lambabet enforces a strict same-method withdrawal rule — crypto deposits are withdrawn to crypto; fiat deposits are withdrawn via the same fiat method — we may require verification of the payment instrument used. This can include:
Verification of payment methods protects players against unauthorised use of their financial instruments and is a core component of our fraud prevention programme.
Enhanced Due Diligence applies where a player is assessed as presenting a higher level of risk. EDD measures go beyond standard verification and may include any combination of the following:
We may request documentation evidencing the origin of the funds used for gambling activity. Acceptable evidence may include:
In higher-risk cases, we may request documentation evidencing how a player has accumulated their overall wealth, distinct from the specific funds deposited on lambabett.com.
A Politically Exposed Person is an individual who holds, or has held within the last twelve months, a prominent public function — such as a head of state, government minister, senior judicial or military official, senior executive of a state-owned enterprise, or senior official of a political party — or a close family member or known associate of such a person. lambabet applies mandatory EDD to all PEPs, regardless of deposit or withdrawal volumes. We reserve the right to decline to offer services to PEPs where the risk cannot be adequately managed.
lambabet screens all players and beneficial owners against internationally recognised sanctions lists, including those published by the United Nations, the European Union, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Any match or potential match will result in immediate account restriction pending investigation. We do not provide services to sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.
Players depositing and withdrawing in Bitcoin (BTC) or USDT are subject to additional scrutiny consistent with the heightened anonymity risks associated with cryptocurrency. We may use blockchain analytics tools to assess the source and destination of cryptocurrency funds. Transactions associated with high-risk wallets, mixers, or sanctioned addresses will be declined and may be reported to the relevant authority.
lambabet operates a ×3 playthrough requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. If a deposit has not been turned over at least three times, we will retain 30% of the withdrawal amount (subject to a minimum retention of €20) as a processing fee. This requirement is an important AML control: it helps ensure that funds deposited on lambabett.com are genuinely used for gambling activity rather than being passed through the platform to obscure their origin.
Similarly, bonus playthrough requirements — ×40 wagering on all casino welcome bonuses — serve a dual purpose: they constitute the commercial terms of the promotion and form part of our transactional monitoring framework. Unusual or structured bonus activity, including rapid cycling of promotional funds, will be flagged for review.
Withdrawal limits are as follows:
| Period | Maximum Withdrawal |
|---|---|
| Per day | €5,000 |
| Per week | €10,000 |
| Per month | €30,000 |
These limits apply across all payment methods. Requests to withdraw amounts that would exceed these limits will be deferred to the following period and may trigger enhanced due diligence review.
lambabet operates an ongoing transaction monitoring programme to detect activity that may indicate money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Our monitoring system flags, amongst other things:
Flagged activity is reviewed by our compliance team. Where we identify reasonable grounds for suspicion, we will take appropriate action, which may include account restriction, requesting additional documentation, suspending withdrawal processing, and filing a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) or equivalent disclosure with the competent authority.
All members of the lambabet team who identify or suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, or related financial crime are required to report their concern to the designated compliance function without delay and without "tipping off" the player or any other person involved. Tipping off — disclosing to a player that a report has been made or that an investigation is under way — is a serious breach of this Policy and may constitute a criminal offence.
lambabet will not be liable to any player for delays in processing withdrawals or for account restrictions imposed in good faith as part of an AML investigation or in connection with a SAR filing.
lambabet retains the following categories of records for a minimum of five years from the date of the relevant transaction, account closure, or the end of the business relationship, whichever is later:
Records are held securely and in compliance with applicable data protection obligations. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
By registering on lambabett.com, you represent and warrant that:
It is a serious criminal offence to provide false information, to submit forged or altered documents, or to use another person's identity or payment instruments on lambabett.com. lambabet will report any such conduct to the appropriate authorities and will pursue all available legal remedies.
Where a player fails to complete KYC or EDD to our satisfaction, or where we determine that a player has provided false information or engaged in suspicious activity, lambabet reserves the right to take any or all of the following steps:
lambabet will not return deposits to a payment method other than the one used to make those deposits. Where funds cannot be returned to their source — for example, where a cryptocurrency wallet address is no longer accessible — we will work with the player and, where necessary, with the competent authority to determine an appropriate course of action.
lambabet recognises that problem gambling and financial crime are not always distinct issues. A player using borrowed, stolen, or illicitly obtained funds to gamble may exhibit behaviours consistent with both money laundering and gambling harm. Our compliance team is trained to identify these overlapping indicators and to refer cases to our responsible gambling function where appropriate.
We encourage all players to set deposit, loss, and session limits and to make use of our self-exclusion and cooling-off tools. Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour can contact our 24/7 support team via live chat at lambabett.com or by email at [email protected].
lambabet ensures that all relevant members of staff — including customer support, payments, and compliance personnel — receive regular training on AML and KYC obligations. Training covers the identification of suspicious activity, the correct use of our internal reporting procedures, the legal prohibition on tipping off, and the specific risks associated with online gambling and cryptocurrency transactions. Training records are maintained and reviewed as part of our annual compliance review.
This Policy is reviewed at least annually by the lambabet compliance function, or more frequently where required by changes in applicable law, guidance from our licensing authority, or material changes to our business operations. The current version of this Policy is available at all times on lambabett.com. Continued use of lambabett.com following any update to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
